The presentation will be uplifting and education and provide important facts families need to know. Participants will walk away with a foundation for their family’s personal future care plan. Topics of discussion include: preparing legally and financially, maximizing government benefits, healthcare (Medicare/Medicaid) employment, housing and social outreach.
