The Lake County High Schools Technology Campus is regarded as one of the best vocational training facilities in the Midwest with a highly qualified staff dedicated to excellence in career technical education. Little Friends, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization serving children and adults with developmental, emotional or behavioral disabilities. Based in Naperville, Illinois, Little Friends operates 14 programs including early intervention, alternative schools, family support, vocational training, and community-based residential services.

The Living Skills Center for the Visually Impaired (LSC) is a unique program that teaches people who are blind or visually impaired to live independently, by ACTUALLY LIVING INDEPENDENTLY. Since 1972 the LSC's learn-by-doing apartment setting has helped to empower generations of visually impaired people to take charge of their own lives. The Evergreen Center is a residential school serving children and adolescents with severe developmental disabilities.The Center believes it is essential to build skills in the areas of communication, self-care and social interaction to successfully place students in less restrictive environments and enhance their quality of life.

Bancroft offers a wide range of state-of-the-art services to children and adults with autism, developmental disabilities, brain injuries and other neurological impairments. Options provides a quality modified inclusive education in a Catholic Christian environment for high school age students with intellectual disabilities. Camphill Special School is a Waldorf school, as well as a Pennsylvania Approved Private School, for children with intellectual and developmental disabilities. We are part of the worldwide Camphill movement and the only Camphill community in North America for children.

The primary goal of Holy Spirit School is to provide a religious education program that integrates religion with the academic curriculum.
