Home of Guiding Hands provides services to more than 380 individuals with developmental disabilities in San Diego's East County, California. We serve individuals and their families in several different residential settings and provide various services in accordance with the needs of each individual.

For twenty years, Learning Services has been providing specialized support for people with acquired brain injuries. We have a history of success in key areas of treatment, such as supported living, Residential,therapy and Neuro Services.

Nestled in a tranquil setting in the rolling hills of Orange, California, Winways is located in a five bedroom, ranch style home. A windmill and gardens add to the natural beauty of the surrounding acre. The program offers our clients the safe, relaxed atmosphere of rural living without sacrificing important access to shopping, business, recreational, and educational facilities. Winways at Orange offers highly personalized, comprehensive programs to meet the needs of individuals with traumatic brain injury, stroke, tumors, aneurysm, post concussive syndrome, or other neurological disorders.

Abbott House is an intermediate care facility located in the heart of downtown Highland Park. We offer a homelike environment serving a population of 106 residents. Our Medical Director is a psychiatrist who is committed to providing excellent care to attain and maintain the residents' highest sense of health and well being.

AbilityFirst provides programs and services to help children and adults with physical and developmental disabilities reach their full potential throughout their lives. We offer a broad range of employment, recreational and socialization programs and operate 12 accessible residential housing complexes.

Academy at Canyon Creek is a clinical boarding school licensed by the Utah Department of Human Services and accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. The Academy serves students ages 13-17 experiencing behavioral, emotional, educational and substance abuse problems.

In fulfilling its mission, the Agency continues expansion of service to thousands annually through child care, education/college preparation and placement, mental health, foster care and adoption, vocational training/job development and placement, residential living arrangements, and other services by serving the community through an increasingly effective network of social services.

There are a limited number of nursing facilites in Illinois designated specifically for the care of persons with mental illnesses. SIR Management, Inc. takes pride in the quality of care provided in its 4 intermediate care facilities for the mentally ill. Our psychiatric rehabilitation programs offer residents the opportunity to manage their illnesses in an environment less restrictive and less expensive than the state hospital. Independent living in a more normalized environment contributes to an improved quality of life.

Our unique nursing care facility is nestled in the picturesque town of Kaneohe, Oahu, amid the towering Koolau Mountains and the panoramic vistas of Kaneohe Bay. In this tranquil setting, our 141-bed facility offers both long and short term care to residents who meet intermediate or skilled level of care criteria.

A long term community residential facility for head injured adults. House parents live on-site; and oversee a variety of programs which are individually designed and might include classes in community college, placement in a workshop or on a recreational outing, which range from horseback riding to a weekend camping trip.

Our nursing center provides a full range of medical services to treat the residents who live with us and the patients who come to us for short-term, episodic medical or rehabilitative care. The care we deliver includes daily nursing, pharmacy, dietary and social services for all residents and patients, as well as a range of specific services. At one time the home of the Oblate Fathers, this lovely residence is surrounded by mature hardwood trees and landscaped parkland. The stone built church within the grounds gives the appearance of a rural setting, even though it is conveniently located on the Stillorgan dual carriageway beside the Galloping Green

A voluntary, nonprofit organization, Beth Abraham has made life better for tens of thousands of New Yorkers from all backgrounds and walks of life. It first opened its doors to the poor, chronically ill and disabled just after the First World War.

Bishop Grady Villas, an entity of the Diocese of Orlando, provides a loving, caring, Christian residential group home for adults (18 years and older) who are intellectually and developmentally disabled. Professional staff members assist each resident in obtaining his or her potential for personal and spiritual growth and independence.
