The Kennedy Center is a not-for-profit rehabilitation agency supporting more than 1,500 children and adults with disabilities with vocational, residential, educational, therapeutic, social and recreational programs throughout the State of Connecticut.

Providing comprehensive psychological and creative arts therapies for persons with special needs and their families. We provide diagnostic evaluations, educational testing, family therapy, individual psychotherapies, play therapy, music therapy, art therapy, and small group services. Our licensed providers included psychologists, mental health counselors, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists.

The STAR Center is a model demonstration, resource and training center dedicated to ensuring that all individuals with disabilities or other special needs maximize their potential for independence and achieve their personal goals of employment, effective learning and independent living through assistive technology, assistive aids and support services.
