    The mission of the Dream Team is to empower all children, teens, and young adults to reach their dreams. Targeting those who have suffered from mind disorders, we provide a variety of services that help these children and young adults accomplish their life goals.

  • The Lester A. Drenk Behavioral Health Center
    Qualified provider of Individualized Community Supports and Services for adults and children eligible through New Jersey’s Division of Developmental Disabilities. Supports and services may include: housing and development, provider managed and/or self-directed residential supports (individual supports), employment or day (habilitation), medical and behavioral supports and stand alone behavioral supports. Flexible individualized supports are available that are tailored to meet an individual’s current needs and choices and change as the individual’s needs and choices change.

  • Thresholds Transition Program
    In 47 years, Thresholds has grown from a small, volunteer staffed social program to a nationally-recognized, comprehensive rehabilitation agency with more than 30 service locations and 75 housing developments in the Chicagoland area. With each passing year, Thresholds’ growth accelerates.

  • Transformation Behavioral Health Associates LLC
    Clinicians at TBHA specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), a type of treatment that is supported by strong scientific research and is highly effective in reducing symptoms of: mood swings, suicidal thoughts and actions, self-harm behaviors and urges, impulsive behaviors, emotional reactivity, post-traumatic stress, difficulties in relationships, ineffective communication, anger, anxiety, and substance abuse. The goals of treatment are for you to gain control over your emotions and symptoms, and for you to live skillfully in a manner that improves the quality of your life and leads to you accomplishing your goals. Our treatment style emphasizes education, support, and adapting strategies to your unique life situations. Transformation Behavioral Health provides therapy, psychological testing, neuropsychological testing, and pre-surgical evaluations. Specialized therapy programs include DBT, Chronic Pain Management Program and Anger Management Program. Besides English, all services in the Woodstock office are offered in American Sign Language for those who are Deaf or Hard of Hearing.
