Join Mary Anne Ehlert and Jeanine Geraci at The Arc’s Parent Learning Series, where essential financial and legal tools to help
families enhance their children’s lives will be explored. Many public benefits for individuals with disabilities fall short of meeting their full needs and supporting their unique goals. Understanding specialized financial, civil, and legal tools is crucial, and
when effectively implemented, they can turn anxiety into proactive steps. These informative sessions are made
possible in part by the generous support of the United Way of the Quad Cities.

Keynote Speaker is Sara Hart Weir, Senior Advisor to ABLE Today and Executive Director of the Kansas Developmental Disabilities Council.  Other presenters are Tim Gulbranson of Lane & Waterman LLP, and Mark Jax and Tara Conley of Supporting Illinois Brothers and Sisters.
