Located in Delaware, Diann Jones, MBA, has deep roots in advocacy in the disability community as a parent, advocate, professional and positive change agent. She does not charge for calls or conferences with fellow parents and extended extended families of children and/or adults with disabilities. Diann assists their parents and family members through the necessary steps to plan for a lifetime of proper supports using person-centered planning techniques. By taking this approach in assisting other families with their special needs estate plans, she makes certain that anyone who may need her services can take advantage of her experience — regardless of their financial status or situation. Her mission is clear: To help others navigate the complex maze of obtaining resources, understand government benefit eligibility and implement a plan that will accommodate the current and future needs of their loved one with a disability.
