Description:  Options is a transition fair for high school students and their families.  The goal is to connect students and their families with resources essential for their future.  The focus will be in the areas of:  educational opportunities, employment services, vocational day programs, government programs, health services, transportation, residential options, recreational opportunities as well as referral sources and information.

Be sure to stop by the Protected Tomorrows, Inc., booth and meet Samantha Nord, Family Services Coordinator.  She will share information with you about Protected Tomorrows, Inc., and their unique 8 Step Future Care Planning Program
