Daniel O. Hands is founder and President of Daniel O. Hands, P.C., a law firm in Oak Brook, Illinois that concentrates its practice in the area of estate planning. He earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Valparaiso University School of Law, Valparaiso, Indiana. He has spoken to national conferences, continuing legal education classes and numerous public seminars on Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning and Asset Protection. Daniel has over 33 years of experience practicing law. He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association and the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. He is a charter member and former member of the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. Daniel lives in Clarendon Hills, Illinois has been happily married to Cherie for 30 years. They have two daughters, Christine and Melissa.
