Neal A. Winston is a partner of Moschella & Winston, LLP, a law firm specializing in estate and disability planning and asset protection. A nationally recognized expert on Special Needs Trusts and needs-based public benefit programs, he is frequently requested to lecture and train other attorneys and professionals that work in this field. Mr. Winston is president of the Special Needs Alliance, a national, nonprofit organization composed of attorneys who advise and represent individuals and their families to create and administer Special Needs Trusts. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and has been certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the National Elder Law Foundation. He serves on the public policy committee of NAELA and is a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives and the American Bar Association Social Security Committee.
