Over The Rainbow Association is a not-for-profit organization that provides accessible housing and job opportunities for persons with disabilities. The mission of the Over The Rainbow Association is to provide persons with physical disabilities, who use wheel chairs, the opportunity to live independently in accessible housing and to support themselves through meaningful employment.
