ROBERT F. BROGAN has been Certified as an Elder Law Attorney by the American Bar Association accredited National Elder Law Foundation. He began his legal career in 1994, as law clerk to the Honorable William H. Huber, P.J.Ch. in Toms River. Mr. Brogan has experience in several areas of law, with a particular focus in Elder Law, Wills & Trusts, Medicaid Planning, Estate & Trust Administration and Probate Litigation. He lectures regularly to senior groups and communities regarding Estate Planning, Medicaid Planning, and the legal impact of healthcare issues on seniors and their family members.
