Mike Kiser has limited his primary practice to representing Illinois special education and general education students for over eight years. He has also worked as a special education teacher, a school administrator and a school attorney. In addition to a Bachelor’s Degree in English, he has earned Master’s Degrees in English education and in special education, a Doctorate in Educational Administration, and a Law Degree. Mike has the privilege and the rewards of representing children in obtaining the school assistance and services that they deserve and to which they are entitled. His greatest professional accomplishment is that, by relying on both his education and his legal expertise, he frequently persuades schools to provide children with services in excess of the schools’ legal obligations. Mike frequently provides workshops and seminars for parents, for educators, and for school board members, and he has provided services and served as a board member for a number of not-for-profit organizations.
