What kind of companies hire individuals with disabilities?  What are they looking for?  What accommodations do they provide?  How to best approach them?  If you have a company, how might you hire someone with a disability?  Let’s talk to some employers and have them teach us how to ask the right questions, and how to prepare our adult child for the interview and the employment experience.
