Those are common phrases we hear from clients and young professionals.  We will address the risks of not having Property and Healthcare Power of Attorney (POA) documents in place and detail the importance of having them for anyone 18 years of age and older.  We will walk through the many decisions you will need to make as you complete these forms.

 

We are excited to announce that we will be joined by attorney Kevin Drendel from Drendel & Jansons Law Group.  Kevin will bring his years of experience to our Learning to Save Series and explain how important Power of Attorney documents are.
